Job Description

Our client, a busy manufacturer in Brattleboro, VT, is looking for a Deburrer to join their team!

Your qualifications for the Deburrer position are as follows:
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 1-3+ years’ experience in manufacturing
  • Quality/Inspection experience is a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to use precision measuring tools
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
  • Good verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to stand and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally during the shift
Benefits you will receive as the Deburrer:
  • Temp to hire position
  • Full time 1st shift hours Monday – Friday, flexible between 6am – 4pm
  • $19-$22/hour depending on skills and experience
  • Once hired on, Medical/dental/vision/life/disability insurance
  • Once hired on, 401k retirement savings plan 
As the Deburrer your duties will include:
  • Review work orders/blueprints
  • Deburr parts to ensure specifications are met
  • Visually inspect parts to confirm they meet specifications
  • Clean parts and prepare for final inspection
  • Perform assembly operations
  • Collaborate with others to meet production schedule
  • Follow company safety and housekeeping policies
  • Commitment to quality of workmanship
  • Any additional duties as assigned
