Our busy and growing manufacturing client in Jaffrey, NH is looking for a Diamond Point Operator/Programmer to join their team! This direct hire position offers $30-$34/hour based on skills and experience. This position will have you working Monday – Thursday 7:30am-4pm with overtime as required.

Your Duties/Responsibilities as the Diamond Point Operator/Programmer:

• Set up, programming, and operation of equipment
• Ensure quality of finished product
• Perform equipment repairs/maintenance
• Follow ISO procedures
• Train other operators
• Use test and inspection equipment
• Recordkeeping and documentation
• Other duties and projects as assigned

Your Qualifications/Skills for the Diamond Point Operator/Programmer position:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, may consider Associates Degree with 5+ years diamond turning programming experience
• 5+ years recent/relevant experience
• Knowledge of testing methods and equipment
• Ability to create/modify CNC programs
• Knowledge of G Codes, M Codes and MasterCam
• Metrology skills
• Ability to read/understand mechanical drawings
• Excellent attention to detail as well as written/verbal communication skills
• Solid computer skills
• Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand and lift up to 30 pounds occasionally throughout the shift
