Job Description
Your qualifications for the Employee Benefits Account Manager position are as follows:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3-4 years professional office experience
- Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- HR software experience is a plus
- Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions
- Must be able to travel and reside within a commutable distance from the office
- Remote opportunity with $1000 sign on bonus!

- Full time Monday – Friday 8am-4:30pm schedule
- Salary of $40k-$50k based on skills and experience

- Assist Employee Benefits team
- Communicate with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify client needs
- Collaborate with others to meet organizational goals
- Obtain Life and Health Insurance License
