Our client in Keene, NH is looking for a Facility Assistant to join their team!

Your qualifications for the Facility Assistant position are as follows:
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Facility repair and maintenance experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • Familiarity with medical supplies and equipment is a plus
  • Ability to work independently
  • Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills
  • Pleasant customer service demeanor
  • Desire to work with sense of urgency and commitment to follow through
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Valid drivers license and access to an automobile during the working hours and proof of insurance

  • Direct Hire position
  • Monday – Friday schedule 30-37.5 hours/week
  • $23/hour depending on skills and experience

For the Facility Assistant your duties will include:
  • Set up rooms
  • Respond to maintenance issues
  • Complete repairs and tasks as assigned
  • Clean and maintain equipment
  • Maintain inventory
  • Receive and distribute supply deliveries
  • Coordinate record retention and destruction
  • Perform building and equipment inspections
  • Complete documentation and reports as required
  • Perform courier duties
  • Clean offices as assigned
  • Participate and contribute to continuous improvement activities
  • Perform duties in compliance with company policies
  • Communicate with supervisor regarding any issues
  • Other projects as needed
