Our client, an industry leader in Keene, NH, is looking for 2 Final Inspectors to join their team. These openings are on 1st shift working Monday – Friday 7am – 3:30pm with overtime as necessary.  The position is full time for the right candidate and offers $16-$18/hour depending on experience.  Once hired on, the company offers medical/dental/life/disability insurance, 401k with company match, as well as paid holidays and vacation.  These are an entry level quality positions and the client is willing to train the right candidates!

As the Final Inspector you will be responsible for the following tasks including, but not limited to:

• Perform a wide variety of final inspection duties with minimal supervision
• Inspect parts to established inspection procedures
• Be thoroughly familiar with, set up as directed, and operate a variety of inspection equipment including micrometers, verniers, gauges, hardness testers, comparators, and gauging equipment
• Check parts against prints; complete inspection reports
• Maintain accurate records and other data as required
• Report any problems, difficulties, or unusual circumstances immediately to supervision
• Maintain and neat and organized work area
• Follow all company policies

Your Skills/Qualifications for the Final Inspector position:

• High School Diploma or GED and 1-3 years’ experience
• Ability to use various measurement and inspection devices
• Able to understand and use SPC theories and functions and blueprints 
• Ability to determine if parts are within specification
• Able to fill out company inspection and production documents
• Able to use a microscope
• Good verbal communication, reading, and writing skills
