Our manufacturing client, a forward-thinking company located in Brattleboro, VT, is looking for a Finance Analyst to join their team!

Your qualifications for the Finance Analyst position are as follows:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- 2+ years recent/relevant experience
- ERP and Power BI experience preferred
- Financial forecast analysis experienceÂ
- Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP)
- Strong computer skills including advanced Microsoft Office Suite ability; expert Excel
- Ability to analyze data to determine opportunities and anticipate impact
- Professional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and multitask under deadline in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Ability to collaborate with others to meet organizational goals
- Direct Hire position
- Monday – Friday full-time office hours
- Hybrid opportunity 2 days/week in office
- $60-$80k/year depending on skills and experience
