Our client in the Bellows Falls, VT area is looking for a Financial Services and Collections Representative to join their team!

Your qualifications for the Financial Services and Collections Representative position are as follows:
  • High School Diploma
  • 1-3+ years recent/relevant experience
  • Professional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Pleasant customer service demeanor
  • Ability to manage time and work effectively while multitasking with multiple priorities
  • Must be self-motivated and possess a commitment to follow through
  • Ability to work hours as needed to achieve company objectives

As the Financial Services and Collections Representative your duties will include:
  • Process orders and invoices
  • Maintain customer information
  • Daily reports and account balancing
  • Apply cash to AR system
  • Collections activities
  • Ensure order accuracy
  • Maintain price lists
  • Communication with managers regarding customer issues
  • Create and distribute collection reports
  • Act as back up for other financial roles
  • Other duties as assigned
