Job Description
Your qualifications for the Front Desk Administrative Assistant position are as follows:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 3+ years professional administrative office experience
- Administrative experience in a technical/manufacturing environment is a plus
- Solid computer and technology skills; Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Ability to prioritize work efficiently in a fast-paced setting with excellent time management skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent professional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant and professional demeanor
- Desire to work with urgency to meet deadlines
- Direct Hire position
- Full time schedule Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
- Position is 100% in office
- Medical/Dental/Life insurance

- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls
- Support HR department and senior leaders with administrative tasks
- Arrange travel accommodations
- Process expense reports
- Manage outgoing mail and sort/distribute incoming mail
- Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars
- Maintain office and kitchen supplies
- Manage petty cash
- Other general clerical tasks as assigned
