Our client located in Keene, NH is looking to add a Human Resources Administrative Assistant to their team.  This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a Monday – Friday 8am – 4:30pm schedule.  The position offers $23-$26/hr depending on experience and will include a benefits package once hired on by the company.

Your duties at the HR Administrative Assistant:

  • Greet people coming into HR Department
  • Provide front office coverage
  • Maintain complex scheduling for candidates
  • Database management
  • Accurate and timely reporting for various annual requirements
  • Filing
  • Assist with department projects
  • Complete other administrative tasks as assigned

Your skills/qualifications for the HR Administrative Assistant position:

  • Associates Degree in HR or related field preferred
  • Previous HR, recruitment, and interviewing experience preferred
  • 3 years recent professional office experience - in a medical setting a plus
  • PeopleSoft experience is a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Solid computer skills - MS Office Suite
  • Proficiency in math, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Professional written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage and maintain confidential information
  • Ability to multi-task with changing priorities and deadlines
