Our client in Keene NH is looking for an HR Coordinator to join their team!

Your qualifications for the HR Coordinator position are as follows:
  • Associate Degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years recent/relevant HR or Administrative experience in a school.
  • Professional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Financial/HR database experience preferred
  • Pleasant customer service demeanor
  • Ability to manage time and work effectively while multitasking with multiple priorities
  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
Benefits you will receive as the HR Coordinator:
  • Permanent temp to hire position
  • Full time hours Monday – Friday 8am-4pm
  • $20-$26/hour based on skills and experience
  • Once hired on, Health and dental insurance
  • Once hired on, Paid time off
  • Once hired on, enrollment in the NH State Retirement system
As the HR Coordinator your duties will include:
  • Support Human Resources department
  • Coordinate recruitment activities
  • Perform job analysis
  • Assist with benefits and compensation plan administration
  • Coordinate employee training and safety
  • Maintain HR documentation
  • Assist with employee relations
  • Communication with internal and external customers
  • Special projects as assigned
  • Complete a variety of administrative tasks
