HR and Accounting Administrator
Job Description
Your qualifications for the HR and Accounting Administrator position are as follows:
- High School Diploma, Associate Degree in Accounting preferred
- 2+ year recent/relevant HR/Accounting experience
- Proven leadership ability
- QuickBooks Pro, collections, and bookkeeping experience
- Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word, Excel
- Excellent customer service skills
- Great attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently and multitask with multiple shifting priorities
- Commitment to follow through and working with a sense of urgency
- Temp to Hire position
- Full time Monday – Friday schedule

- Manage office team
- Utilize QuickBooks for record maintenance
- Perform financial analysis and prepare reports
- Monitor/maintain inventory and assets
- Ensure insurance and tax compliance
- Accounts payable/Accounts receivable
- Petty cash
- Payroll and benefits
- HR compliance documentation
- General HR support
- Assist with technology administration
- Other duties as assigned
