Human Resources Administrative Assistant

Our client in the Jaffrey/Rindge area is looking for a temporary Human Resources Administrative Assistant to help in their busy office! This is a full-time position expected to last 3-4 months and offers $13-$15/hour depending on experience. 

HR Administrative Assistant Duties:

  • Answer phones and greet guests
  • Coordinate and schedule multi-participant meetings using calendar program
  • Assist with posting jobs and processing new applications
  • Track HR data in various MS Excel spreadsheets
  • Organize and maintain personnel files 
  • Complete a variety of administrative tasks

HR Administrative Assistant Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma required - associates degree preferred
  • At least 2 years professional office experience
  • Previous experience in HR a plus 
  • Able to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Strong computer skills - MS Office programs, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Good customer service skills
  • Professional verbal and written communication
  • Able to work independently
