Human Resources Assistant
Job Description
Your qualifications for the Human Resources Assistant position are as follows:
- High School Diploma
- 1-2+ years professional office experience
- HR Administrative experience is a plus
- Pleasant customer service demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with HR software
- Professional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under deadline with multiple shifting priorities
- Desire to learn/grow HR skillset/knowledge
- Temp to Hire position
- Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
- $18-$24/hour depending on skills and experience
- Once hired on, Comprehensive health care package

- Once hired on, Employee and Educational Assistance
- Once hired on, Paid time off and holidays
- Provide administrative support to the HR team
- Assist with open enrollment and benefit questions
- Assist with record maintenance and HRIS systems
- Assist with recruiting activities
- Assist with coordination of trainings/track employee progress
- Help coordinate employee events/activities
- Act as back up for receptionist coverage
- Other HR related activities as assigned
