Our client company in Brattleboro, VT is looking for a Human Resources Generalist. This is direct hire opportunity that will have you working a Monday - Friday 8am-5pm schedule and offers a salary commensurate with experience.

You will also be eligible for their comprehensive benefits package including health care coverage, FSA, 401k with company match, educational & employee assistance programs, and paid holidays/time off.

Your duties/responsibilities as the Human Resources Generalist:
•    Support daily HR administrative tasks
•    Assist with implementation of HR policies/procedures
•    Support recruiting and hiring process
•    Assist with compensation and benefits administration
•    Act as employee resource for employee payroll/benefit inquiries
•    Assist with employee leave processing
•    Coordinate employee training and development
•    Help with employee onboarding and offboarding
•    Manage HR policies and records
•    Employee relations
•    Support safety management
•    Assist with employee review process
•    Special projects as assigned

Your qualifications for the Human Resources Generalist position:
•    High School diploma
•    3+ years HR Generalist experience
•    Pleasant customer service demeanor
•    Model positive outlook
•    Ability to maintain confidential information
•    Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills
•    Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•    Professional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
•    Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
•    Ability to multitask and work effectively under deadline with multiple shifting priorities
•    Commitment to diversity and inclusion
•    Ability to work in both Brattleboro and Keene
