Human Resources Generalist
Job Description
Your qualifications for the Human Resources Generalist position are as follows:
- Bachelors Degree, graduate degree preferred
- 3-5+ years recent/relevant HR experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
- Good computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications
- Solid understanding of federal/state employment laws
- Demonstrated organizational and management ability
- Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively with multiple shifting priorities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Direct Hire position
- Full time in office hours Monday – FridayÂ
- $65-$70k/year based on skills and experience
