Our client in Keene NH is seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Benefits Coordinator for their team. This full-time, direct-hire role offers a supportive team environment with room to grow and true work-life balance.
Responsibilities of the Benefits Coordinator
- Administer benefits programs
- Coordinate open enrollment communications and system updates
- Maintain HRIS and other platforms
- Address employee benefits and leaves questions with kindness and efficiency
- Create and share informative resources
- Provide data for audits and reports
- Ensure regulatory compliance
- Perform additional tasks and projects as required
Qualifications of the Benefits Coordinator
- 3+ years of benefits administration experience
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; experience and certifications may be substituted in lieu of degree
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a high level of confidentiality
- A sense of humor and a love for helping people
