Your qualifications for the Sr HR and Payroll Assistant position are as follows:
- High School Diploma, Associates Degree in related field preferred
- 2+ years recent/related HR experience
- 2+ years payroll processing experience
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS, payroll, and database systems
- Experience with ADP Vantage is a must
- Solid understanding of employment law, workers compensation, employee relations/training, organizational planning/development, safety, and compensation
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Ability to work in a team environment to solve problems
- Direct Hire position
- Full time schedule Monday – Friday 8am-5pm with some flexibility on start and end times
- $21-$29/hour depending on skills and experience
