Our manufacturing client located just outside Keene, NH is looking for a Human Resources Manager to join their team!

Your qualifications for the Human Resources Manager position are as follows:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- 5+ years Human Resources experience, HR experience in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred
- HR certification
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Paylocity payroll system
- HR management and employee relations skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to work efficiently and multitask with shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Direct Hire position
- Full time schedule Monday – Friday

- Maintain employee records
- Act as resource for policy matters
- Oversee performance management
- Recruitment/onboarding
- Update/maintain job descriptions
- Coordinate safety meetings
- Investigate accidents and prepare insurance reports
- Manage insurance renewals
- Provide training opportunities
- Ensure compliance with labor laws
- Promote positive work culture
- Other projects as assigned
