Human Resources Records Coordinator
Job Description
Your qualifications for the Human Resources Records Coordinator position are as follows:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous HR experience (2+ years preferred)
- Experience handling personnel/confidential files a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills

- $23-$25/hour, depending on experience
- Full-time schedule of Monday through Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm
Â
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
- Create and maintain employee files
- Prepare, send, and track correspondence
- Serve as backup for new hire orientation and attend events as needed
- Maintain confidentiality
- Other tasks as assigned
