Our manufacturing client located in Keene NH is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Inside Sales Representative to join their team.  This full-time temp-to-hire opportunity offers a base pay rate of $13/hour plus commission based on sales activity with earning potential in the $40,000-$55,000 range but solely based on performance and sales productivity.  

Inside Sales Representative Duties:

  • Communicate with outside sales representatives and potential customers by phone and e-mail 
  • Support outside sales representatives within a designated distribution territory
  • Provide professional customer service - address issues and questions as they arise
  • Assist customers throughout the entire sales process including order entry, tracking delivery and follow up
  • Respond to all inquiries from outside sales representatives and customers within 24 hours
  • Communicate with appropriate buyers, prepare and send sales presentations and follow through in a timely manner
  • Make outbound sales calls to account base including contacts from trade shows, solicited leads and unsolicited leads
  • Maintain customer accounts and enter all orders received timely and accurately
  • Ensure customer records are maintained and current in the system
  • Meet and exceed all sales goals
  • Establish budgets for future territories
  • Assist with research and analysis of current and future direct sales opportunities
  • Communicate all sales and promotions

Inside Sales Representative Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • 2 years inside sales experience
  • Professional verbal and written communication 
  • Pleasant customer service demeanor
  • Solid computer skills including experience working with sales databases
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
  • Goal driven
  • Enthusiastic, energetic and eager to learn
