Job Description

Our client, a busy manufacturer in Brattleboro, VT, is looking for an Inspector to join their team!

Your qualifications for the Inspector position are as follows:
  • High School Diploma/GED preferred
  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred
  • Experience with precision measuring/inspection tools 
  • Ability to read blueprints and use SPC theories
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good manual dexterity
  • Excellent attendance and commitment to follow through
Benefits you will receive as the Inspector:
  • Temp to Hire position
  • Full time schedule Monday – Thursday 3:30pm-2am, three day weekend!
  • $17-$20/hour depending on skills and experience plus there is a shift differential for 2nd shift

For the Inspector position your duties will include:
  • Various in process and final inspection tasks
  • Operate inspection equipment such as micrometers, verniers, gages, etc.
  • Check parts against prints to determine if they meet specifications
  • Communicate any issues to supervisor
  • Monitor production to ensure quality
  • Maintain inspection data/records
  • Ensure neat and tidy work environment
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Other duties as needed
