Our client located just outside Keene, NH is looking for an Construction Project Estimator / Coordinator to join their small team!

Your qualifications for the Construction Project Estimator / Coordinator position are as follows:
  • High School Diploma
  • 1+ years recent professional office experience
  • Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite; Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Experience with Sage/Timberline or other construction software is a plus
  • Previous hands on construction experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with construction terminology/processes
  • Good math and analytical skills 
  • Professional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively meeting deadlines while multitasking in a fast-paced office
  • Desire to gain knowledge and develop professionally in construction industry

  • Direct Hire position
  • Monday – Friday 8am-4:30pm with ½ hour lunch
  • $22-$26/hour depending on skills and experience

For the Construction Project Estimator / Coordinator position your duties will include:
  • Assist experienced project managers and estimators in evaluating potential projects
  • Assist with calculation of project costs
  • Review blueprints, compile costs, and conduct pricing research
  • Prepare detailed estimates
  • Assist with daily operations management
  • Assist with project tracking, budget monitoring, resource allocation
  • Review/prepare reports
  • Collaborate with others to ensure project success
  • Assist with documentation and attend project meetings
  • Update/maintain project records
  • Other projects as requested
