Legal Administrative Assistant
Job Description
Your qualifications for the Administrative Assistant position are as follows:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years legal administrative experience
- Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office 365 and database systems
- Experience creating and distributing formal legal documents
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively proofread/edit materials
- Pleasant customer service demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently and multitask while adjusting to shifting priorities
- Good time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel occasionally for work events
- Direct Hire position
- Monday – Friday 8:30am-5pm with 1 hour lunch (37.5 hours/week)
- $25-$29/hour depending on skills and experience
- Health/dental/vision/disability insurance

- Proofread and prepare/format/scan documents
- Prepare documents for signature via DocuSign
- Create correspondence
- Research and prepare forms
- Manage ShareFile folders
- Enter invoices/expenses in system
- Maintain calendars and send reminders
- Reserve meeting rooms and make travel arrangements
- Prepare paperwork for outgoing mail
- General administrative duties
- Other duties as requested
