Job Description

Our client, a very busy and growing family-owned company in Brattleboro, VT is looking for a Press Operator to join their team!

Your qualifications for the Press Operator position are as follows:
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 3-7+ years previous printing and machine operation experience
  • Excellent mechanical skills
  • Bindery experience is a plus!
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Good written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time and work effectively while multitasking with multiple shifting priorities
  • Must have strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines
  • Ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
Benefits you will receive as the Press Operator:
  • Temp to hire position
  • Full time schedule Monday – Friday 7:30am-4pm, some Saturday OT
  • $25-$30/hour based on skills and experience
  • Once hired on, comprehensive Company benefits
As the Press Operator your duties will include:
  • Operate and maintain production equipment
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure quality and on time products
  • Communicate with manager regarding any issues
  • Assist with shipping/receiving as needed
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
  • Other related duties as requested
