Job Description

Our client located just outside Greenfield, MA  is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join their team!

Your qualifications for the Logistics Coordinator position are as follows:
  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ years recent/relevant professional customer service experience 
  • General construction knowledge preferred
  • Solid computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Pleasant and professional customer service demeanor
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively and multitask while managing shifting priorities
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds as well as sit/stand throughout the day
Benefits you will receive as the Logistics Coordinator:
  • Direct Hire position
  • Full time Monday – Friday 6:30am-2:30pm
  • $22-$26/hour based on skills and experience

For the Logistics Coordinator position your duties will include:
  • Answer, screen, and direct calls
  • Maintain calendar schedule for President
  • Assist with crew scheduling
  • Maintain job list
  • Manage tool sign out
  • Communicate with vendors, crew, and customers regarding projects and follow up
  • Other projects as requested
