Mail Room / Scanning Clerk

Our client located in Keene NH is looking for long-term temporary assistance in their Mail Room.
This is a full-time opportunity offering $14-$16/hour, a schedule of Mon-Fri 7am to 3:15pm.
Mail Room/Scanning Clerk Duties:
- Open and sort high volume incoming mail
- Prepare documents for scanning
- Scan documents
- Upload scanned documents to the appropriate electronic files
Mail Room/Scanning Clerk Qualifications:
- Previous mail room experience - high volume
- Scanning experience is preferred
- At least 2 years professional office work
- Excellent attention to detail
- Solid computer skills
- Ability to work independently with limited direction once trained
- Dependable and reliable
- Minimum of a HS Diploma
