Job Description

Our client located in Keene NH is looking for long-term temporary assistance in their Mail Room.

This is a full-time opportunity offering $14-$16/hour, a schedule of Mon-Fri 7am to 3:15pm.  

Mail Room/Scanning Clerk Duties:

  • Open and sort high volume incoming mail
  • Prepare documents for scanning
  • Scan documents
  • Upload scanned documents to the appropriate electronic files

Mail Room/Scanning Clerk Qualifications:

  • Previous mail room experience - high volume
  • Scanning experience is preferred
  • At least 2 years professional office work
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Solid computer skills
  • Ability to work independently with limited direction once trained
  • Dependable and reliable
  • Minimum of a HS Diploma
