Your qualifications for the Maintenance Mechanic position are as follows:
- Technical School Diploma or 3+ years equivalent manufacturing experience
- 1+ years recent/relevant Maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting
- Solid computer skills; Email, Navision, Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with maintenance management systems
- Understanding of electrical/pneumatic controls
- Excellent manual dexterity
- Ability to read drawings
- Experience using hand and precision tools
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to follow through
- Good verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with others to meet organizational goals
- Temporary position
- Estimated duration 3-6 months
- Potential for permanent role for the right candidate
- Full time 2nd shift schedule Monday – Friday 2pm-10:30pm
- $23.50- $27/hour depending on skills and experience
- $2.00/hour shift differential
- Install, maintain, and repair production equipment
- Provide solutions to problems
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Record keeping and reporting
- Inventory management
- Place purchase orders for parts and supplies
- Communicate with vendors
- Assist production team with technical training
- Follow company policies
- Other related projects as needed
