Our growing manufacturing client in the Greenfield, MA area is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join their team!

Your qualifications for the Maintenance Technician position are as follows:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years’ maintenance and repair experience in a manufacturing setting
- Strong mechanical ability
- Welding skills are a plus
- Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals/blueprint
- Ability to use precision measuring tools
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with lockout/tagout procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and good work ethic
- Ability to follow all safety procedures and guidelines
- Must be reliable with excellent attendance
- Ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
- Direct Hire position
- Full time rotating schedule 6am-6pmÂ
- $20-$26+/hour depending on skills and experience
- Health/dental insurance

- Prepare and set up machines for production
- Troubleshoot equipment
- Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance
- Perform emergency repairs
- Surface grinding and welding
