Our busy client located just outside Keene, NH is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team!

Your qualifications for the Manufacturing Engineer are as follows:
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
- 5-7+ years recent/relevant manufacturing experience
- CNC experience preferred
- Solid computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/MRP system
- Proficient in CAD, CAD/CAM, Master CAM
- Solid understanding of materials and manufacturing processes/equipment
- Professional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing and 5S principles
- Understanding of quality management
- Direct hire position
- Full time hours Monday – Friday 7am start with some Saturdays as needed
- $75-$90k+/year based on skills and experience

- Evaluate manufacturing methods and products to identify opportunities for improvement
- Follow product specifications and identify process/tools necessary to meet manufacturing goals
- Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed
- Develop training manuals/procedures
- Collaborate with others to evaluate manufacturing methods
- Monitor product flow and increase throughput from order entry to shipping
- Design tooling/gaging fixtures
- Implement Lean and 5S techniques
- Determine cost savings and safety initiatives
- Lead corrective action activities
- Participate in continuous learning opportunities to maintain current technical knowledge
