Our client located just outside of Keene, NH is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team! This is a direct hire opportunity that will have you working first shift hours Monday – Friday. The salary for this position is commensurate with experience.

Your duties as the Manufacturing Engineer will include:
- Resolve manufacturing issues
- Complete projects with a focus on budget and schedule
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and manage cost reduction initiatives
- Create work instructions and troubleshooting guides
- Work with team to transition new products to production
- Employ Lean and Six Sigma principles for process improvement
- Assist with engineering changes
- Assist with product design reviews
- Collect and review relevant data
- Prepare/present reports
- Provide technical support as needed
- Ensure safe work practices are followed
- Other manufacturing duties as assigned
Your qualifications for the Manufacturing Engineer position:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years recent/relevant experience
- Proven technical competency
- Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, CAD, EPDM, and other engineering tools
- Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Ability to multitask and work effectively with shifting priorities to meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must be a team player able to communicate effectively with other employees
