Our client, a world-class company in the Keene, NH area, is looking for a Manufacturing Lead to join their team on 2nd shift!Â
Your qualifications for the Manufacturing Lead position are as follows:

Your qualifications for the Manufacturing Lead position are as follows:
- High School Diploma/GED plus experience and advanced technical training, or
- Associate DegreeÂ
- 4+ years manufacturing experience
- Technical skills in machining or industrial electronics
- Supervisory experience
- Solid computer skills including ERP systems
- Ability to read/interpret technical prints
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Direct hire position
- Desirable FOUR DAY WORK WEEK
- Monday – Thursday 2nd shift schedule 3pm-1:30am
