Job Description

Our client located in Keene, NH is looking for a Manufacturing Service Technician to join their growing team!

Your qualifications for the Manufacturing Service Technician position are as follows:
 
  • Associate degree (bachelor’s degree preferred) in Engineering or Electronics, with proven experience working with complex electro-mechanical capital equipment
  • Familiarity with motion controls, DC servo systems, programmable logic controllers, personal computers, and rudimentary networking
  • Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems with the ability to follow schematics
  • Knowledge of material removal machine tools; tool setup, part programming, and basic machine operation is a plus
  • Superior customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Able to plan and coordinate work scope, equipment logistics, and customer site requirements for effective installation and service
  • Willing to travel extensively both domestically and internationally

For the Manufacturing Service Technician position your duties will include:
 
  • Serve as liaison between the customer and the company on technical service issues
  • Perform machine buy-off, installation, and training activities
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electronic equipment
  • Install aftermarket upgrades
  • Provide support to customers via email, phone, and onsite 
  • Other tasks as assigned
