Our client located in Brattleboro, VT is looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor to join their growing team!

Your qualifications for the Manufacturing Supervisor position are as follows:
 
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Machining experience and knowledge of manufacturing methods, techniques, and equipment
  • Understanding of production scheduling and operations
Benefits you will receive as the Manufacturing Supervisor:
 
  • $70K-$90K/year, DOE – possibly higher for the right candidate 
  • Direct-hire opportunity
  • 2nd shift hours with Fridays off
For the Manufacturing Supervisor position your duties will include:
 
  • Supervise, motivate, and schedule workflow for production team members
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Recommend improvements for procedures, equipment, etc.
  • Foster a positive, secure, and productive work environment 
  • Other tasks as assigned
