Job Description

Our client located in Peterborough, NH is looking for a Medical Office Manager to join their growing team!

Your qualifications for the Medical Office Manager position are as follows:
  • 3+ years of medical office management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business required; master’s degree preferred
  • Background in public health, industrial health, ambulatory care, hospital, or wellness settings
  • Previous nurse/medical assistant experience is a plus
  • Ability to solve complex problems, implement effective change management strategies, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, occupational health EMRs, and data tracking/management systems
