Medical Office Manager
Job Description
Your qualifications for the Medical Office Manager position are as follows:
- 3+ years of medical office management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business required; master’s degree preferred
- Background in public health, industrial health, ambulatory care, hospital, or wellness settings
- Previous nurse/medical assistant experience is a plus
- Ability to solve complex problems, implement effective change management strategies, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, occupational health EMRs, and data tracking/management systems
