Membership and Events Coordinator needed in the Brattleboro VT area!  This is a fantastic full time temp-to-hire opportunity with a Monday – Friday 8am-4:30pm schedule.  The position offers $18/hr plus health/dental/vision insurance, 401K, as well as generous paid time off once hired on to the company.

As the Membership and Events Coordinator you will be responsible for the following: 

  • Manage event logistics
  • Travel to and attend industry tradeshows – set up, manage, breakdown
  • Membership processing
  • Data management
  • Customer service
  • Marketing support
  • Any additional tasks or projects as assigned

Your skills/requirements for the Membership and Events Coordinator position include:

  • Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
  • Strong MS office skills; Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • SalesForce or similar CRM experience a plus
  • 1-3 years recent and related experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and multi-task
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to lift 25-30 lbs as needed
