Part-Time Executive Assistant
Job Description
Your qualifications for the Part-Time Executive Assistant position are as follows:
Â
- 3-5 years of recent, relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, project management tools, CRM systems, and financial software like QuickBooks; knowledge of basic accounting software a plus
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Experience in nonprofit, chamber, or small org operations strongly preferred

- $22-$24/hour, depending on experience
- 25 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 9:00am-2:00pm, with potential flexibility
Â
- Manage CEO’s calendar, organize meetings/events, and make travel arrangements
- Support financial operations (processing invoices and payments, tracking expenses, budget preparation)
- Answer customer phone calls and emails
- Manage project timelines and deliverables
- Prepare agendas and take minutes at board and executive meetings
- Maintain files
- Perform additional executive support tasks as assigned
