Executive Administrative Assistant
Job Description
Your qualifications for the Executive Administrative Assistant position are as follows:

- 5+ years of well-rounded administrative experience
- Prior experience supporting a President/CEO or other senior executives preferred; non-profit experience a plus
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration preferred
- Computer proficiency including MS Office Suite
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills

- $33-$35/hour, depending on experience
- Direct-hire opportunity at a mission-driven organization

- Provide comprehensive support to senior leadership
- Facilitate clear communication and foster strong relationships between executives and stakeholders
- Manage calendars and coordinate meetings
- Take minutes and prepare/distribute correspondence
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Other tasks as assigned
