Our client located in Westmoreland, NH is seeking an Office Clerk to work 25-36 hours/week.  The schedule for this position is Tuesday or Wednesday through Friday 9am-5pm plus mandatory Saturday hours from 9am-1pm.  This opportunity offers $12-$15/hr depending on experience and is temporary but could become a permanent position for the right candidate!

Your duties as the Office Clerk:

  • Answer phones and assist callers
  • Take orders
  • Schedule deliveries
  • Greet and assist walk-in customers
  • Take payments
  • Open and process mail
  • Data entry into Quickbooks
  • Prepare deposits
  • Other general office duties as necessary

Your skills/qualifications for the Office Clerk position:

  • Excellent phone and interpersonal skills
  • Previous customer service experience in an office setting
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Quickbooks experience is a plus
