Our client in Peterborough, NH is looking for an Office Coordinator to join their team!

Your qualifications for the Office Coordinator position are as follows:
  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ years recent/relevant professional office experience
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Excellent computer skills 
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively with multiple shifting priorities
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Temp to Hire position
  • Full time hours Monday – Friday 8am-4:30pm
  • $22-$24/hour based on skills and experience

As the Office Coordinator your duties will include:
  • Manage office staff
  • Hire, train, and develop team members
  • Review financial data and report variances
  • Ensure departmental expenses align with budget
  • Gather customer data and analyze to identify areas for process improvement
  • Promote/model culture of customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and organizational policy
  • Coordinate with other departments as needed
  • Ensure technical equipment/systems are operational
  • Manage daily workflow and oversee communications
  • Other duties as assigned
