Job Description

Our client located in Brattleboro, VT is looking for a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative to join their growing team!

Your qualifications for the Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative position are as follows:
  • High School Diploma
  • 1+ year professional office customer service experience
  • Strong computer skills, experience with QuickBooks and Mailchimp is a plus 
  • Pleasant/professional customer service demeanor
  • Professional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask using effective time management
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Benefits you will receive as the Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative:
  • Temp to Hire position
  • Full time or part time schedule Monday – Friday 
  • $18-$22/hour based on skills and experience
  • Once hired on, full benefits package
For the Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative position your duties will include:
  • Answer phone calls
  • Collect order details
  • Enter orders into system
  • Assist customers as needed
  • Personalized interactions checking in with customers
  • Data entry
  • Some shipping/packing
  • Assist management with any special projects
  • General clerical duties
