Office Assistant
Job Description
Your qualifications for the Office Assistant position are as follows:
- High School Diploma
- 3+ years professional office administrative experience
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office SuiteÂ
- Solid understanding of QuickBooks
- Pleasant/professional customer service demeanor
- Professional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multitask using effective time management
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Temporary position with the potential for temp to hire
- Pay $18-$20/hourÂ
- Full time schedule Monday – Friday 8am-4:30pm
- Competitive pay based on skills and experience
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls
- Greet and assist visitorsÂ
- Assist with email inbox
- Assist customers as needed
- Assist with order shipping and invoicing
- Customer order entry
- Maintain customer data
- Develop product knowledge
- Assist management with any special projects
- Run reports as needed
- General clerical duties
