Temp Purchasing Administrative Support
Job Description
Your qualifications for the Temp Purchasing Administrative Support position are as follows:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of recent professional office/administrative or purchasing experience
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Computer proficiency including MS Office Suite
Benefits you will receive as the Temp Purchasing Administrative Support:

- $22-$25/hour, depending on experience
- Full-time hours of Mon-Thurs 9 hours and Fri half day 4 hours
For the Temp Purchasing Administrative Support position your duties will include:

- Greet visitors and address inquiries
- Prepare quotes and process orders Â
- Coordinate with suppliers to source materials
- Maintain documentation and prepare reports
- Other tasks as assigned
