Our client in Brattleboro, VT is looking for an Operations Manager to join their team!

Your qualifications for the Operations Manager position are as follows:
- Bachelor’s Degree or 10+ years related experience
- Solid understanding of manufacturing process and product design
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Professional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Must be self motivated and work with a sense of urgency
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and safe working conditions
- Direct hire position
- Full time hours Monday – Friday 7am-3:30pm
- $80-$100k/year depending on skills and experience

- Present status reports to management
- Any additional duties as assigned
