Your qualifications for the Part-Time Bookkeeper position are as follows:
- High School Diploma
- 2-3 years recent/relevant bookkeeping experience
- Solid computer skills
- Sage 100 experience is a plus
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
Benefits you will receive as the Part-Time Bookkeeper:
- 3-4 days per week, 24-32 hours
- Pay rate of $20-$24/hour based on skills and experience
As the Part-Time Bookkeeper your duties will include:
- Bookkeeping entries and GL audit
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Cost and credit card management
- Assist with cash flow
- Monthly reporting
- Tax preparation and asset amortization
- Insurance audits, renewals, and negotiations
- Manage and submit payroll
- Maintain 401k and vacation time data
- New employee onboarding
- Other duties as assigned
