Payroll Coordinator
Job Description
Your qualifications for the Payroll Coordinator position are as follows:
- High School Diploma
- 2-3+ years recent/relevant payroll experience
- Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office ExcelÂ
- Experience with accounting/payroll software required
- Experience with Infinite Vision software is a plus
- Fund accounting experience is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with shifting priorities to meet deadlines
- Direct hire position
- Full time schedule Monday – Friday  Â
- $25-$30/hour depending on skills and experience
- Comprehensive benefit package including NH Retirement plan
- Process payroll and manage employee data
- Prepare and pay taxes
- Reconcile accounts
- Track and manage 401k and NH retirement programs
- Ensure accurate employee/payroll dataÂ
- Assist employees with payroll questions
- Ensure compliance with Federal/State/Local standards
- Other projects and duties as assigned
