Our client located in Keene, NH is looking for a Payroll & HR Specialist to join their growing team!

Your qualifications for the Payroll & HR Specialist position are as follows:
Â
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline
- 4-5 years of recent, relevant payroll processing and HR experience
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong analytical and multitasking skills
- Computer proficiency including MS Office, spreadsheets, and computerized payroll processing
- Experience with Navision or Business Central Accounting software a big plus

- $70K-$80K/year, depending on experience
- Full-time schedule of Monday through Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm
- Direct-hire opportunity with a comprehensive benefits package

- Process weekly in-house payroll, start to finish including:
- Processing payroll runsÂ
- Handling deductions and garnishments
- Payroll tax filings
- PTO tracking
- W-2s and year-end processing
- Resolving employee payroll issues
- Assist with various HR functions including recruiting, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and policies and procedures
- Address employee inquiries
- Prepare reports
- Maintain files
- Ensure regulatory compliance
- Other tasks as assigned
