Our client, a busy and growing company in Brattleboro, VT, is looking for a Personal Insurance Account Manager to join their team!

Your qualifications for the Personal Insurance Account Manager position are as follows:
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 5+ years insurance industry experience
  • Current Property & Casualty license required
  • Desire and motivation to learn and excel
  • Solid computer and technology skills; Microsoft Office, AMS360
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent professional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Pleasant customer service demeanor
  • Ability to travel
  • High speed internet

  • Direct Hire position
  • Full time schedule Monday – Friday 8am-4:30pm
  • Once trained, can be hybrid/remote but must reside within commuting distance of office

For the Personal Insurance Account Manager your duties will include:
  • Relationship building
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Ensure client needs are met efficiently using product/service knowledge
  • Identify opportunities for additional revenue with existing clients
  • Process rates/quotes
  • Research competitive pricing/options for renewals
  • Process endorsements
  • First report of claims
  • Maintain/update client information
  • Maintain and grow industry knowledge, participate in networking and educational opportunities
  • Collaborate with team members to meet objectives
  • Other projects as assigned
