Job Description
Our manufacturing client in Brattleboro, VT, is looking for a Plant Manager to join their team!

Your qualifications for the Plant Manager position are as follows:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years recent/relevant manufacturing management experience
- Solid understanding of FDA regulations/GMP systems (21 CFR 110, 111)
- Experience in a regulated business is a plus
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage KPIs and lead/motivate large production team
- Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and multitask under deadline in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Ability to collaborate with others to meet organizational goals
- Direct Hire position
- Monday – Friday full-time schedule
- $90k-$110k/year depending on skills and experience

- Ensure compliance with policies/processes and regulations
- Identify, develop, and lead continuous improvement activities
- Coach and mentor supervisory personnel
- Coordinate with other teams for efficient daily operations and quality assurance
- Lead production employee onboarding/training/coaching/reviews/terminations
- Analyze production data/metrics and provide reports
- Ensure required documentation is complete
- Other related duties as needed
