Our growing client located in Charlestown, NH is looking for a Process Engineer to join their team!

Your qualifications for the Process Engineer position are as follows:
- Associate’s degree in manufacturing/mechanical engineering (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 3+ years recent/relevant manufacturing experience
- Solid understanding of Lean methodologies and quality improvement
- Excellent computer skills including knowledge of manufacturing software such as SolidWorks, Mastercam, and AutoCad
- Proficient CNC programming skills
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Commitment to continuous improvement and quality
- Understanding of manufacturing safety, quality control, testing, and certification processes
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Direct Hire position
- Monday – Friday 1st shift schedule
- $80+k/year depending on skills and experience
- Health/Dental/Vision/Life insurance

- Improve manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and qualityÂ
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis to resolve
- Maintain documentation and prepare reports
- Create standardized work instructions
- Collaborate with other departments for product improvement and new product creation
- Ensure processes are safety and regulatory compliant
- Ensure quality standardsÂ
- Train staff and maintain/share knowledge of best practices
- Other duties as assigned
