Job Description
Our client manufacturing high quality products in Chester, VT is looking for Production Crew members to join their team!
Your qualifications for the Production Crew position are as follows:
- Standing for long periods throughout the shift
- Great attention to detail
- The ability to work at a fast pace
- Reliability is a MUST!
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs frequently throughout the shift
Benefits you will receive as the Production Crew member:
- Temp to Hire position
- Desirable 4 day work week
- Full time Monday – Thursday 5pm-5am
- $16/hour plus there is a $2.50/hour shift differential
- Once hired on, Health/dental insurance
- Once hired on, 401kÂ
- Once hired on, Paid time off and holidays
As a Production Crew member your duties will include:
- Working directly with product
- Packaging product
- Building pallets
- Inspection and quality checks
- Other duties as assigned
